Very sobering and very informative. Many things to see expect to stay a few hours.
A great historical park for a dark moment in history. Great to see how the area and people lived back then and how they recovered. The driving tour is educational. Very historical area. The museum has some nice displays and very informative.
Very interesting. Actually stopped in to get Access Pass for National Parks & Federal Recreational Lands
Very powerful exhibit and information about the tradgety of 1889 flood. To understand it and raise awareness is a wonderful way to honor the memory of the victims and the town's resilience. The film is very powerful experience and highlights the true horror of the flood; not great for kids or sensitive viewers, bit very powerful and sobering experience. The Junior Ranger program (takes an hour or less) is good and is based on age but doesn't quite guide a kid through the exhibits, it's a lot of hunting and finding answers.
The life sized flood model was amazing. The film was good A bit disturbing. Overall an excellent experience
